Perhaps you saw the video that Senator John Edwards put up the night before he formally announced on TV that he was running for President. In it, he labeled the plan to “surge” or “escalate” US troops in Iraq the ‘McCain Doctrine.’ It was clever speechwriting, and it looks like Senator John McCain is starting to feel its sting.

McCain always has a look on his face like the “before” in a laxative commercial. Maybe it’s because he’s just full of crap.
Fuckers are playing politics with our soldiers lives, purely and simply disgusting.
I don’t suppose we can count on him to fall in a ditch someplace and no one misses him. Well, we can dream.
McCain has to move the goalposts now that Bush is talking surge and left McCain holding the bag. He bought into the surge idea thinking it would separate him from pack and now that the pack is nipping at his heels he has no other choice.
