Kvatch:
The anonymity of the internet provides a unique atmosphere for us to be...us. Without the pressures of societal happenstance, IE Fred's gotta hold the door for Swan. Our inhibitions tend to go out the window, as do some of our more...conservative friends' debating skills. lol
No it's not weird, it's part of life nowdays. Yes, the discussions flowed smoothly as I think we've already covered (mentally) so much ground together that Fred and I were acting as if he'd never left my side. (If he'd ever been there in the first place) Like I said before the only thing that had me taken aback was his height. Sumbitch is taller than me. lol
Soo, that's my hometown now folks. A raging Kennedy-esque (the real ones not the one that lived) Bostonian Liberal. Parents protested, raised to fight, to fight for the weak. Against injustice wherever I may find it's ugly fuckin head. And I do just that.

Very cool. I've often wondered about the bloggers who live in places I've travelled to.

I feel I know some of my readers and the authors I read better than many of my friends here. How strange is that?

The criticisms of the Feingold article make me sick. I would have to say that a large segment of the population is worse than Feingold discribed. Yes, he 'just scraped the surface'. But the surface is a lot prettier than what is hidden beneath.
