I UNDERSTAND THAT TRYING TO INFER LOGIC FROM INSTAPUNDITRY IS FUTILE, BUT… Glenn Reynolds asserts that Iran has been at war with the United States “since 1979.” My question: when does he start calling for Michael Ledeen to be put on trial for high treason for helping to sell arms to a country the U.S. is at war with?
Traitors to the Nation (according to Perfesser Corncob):
Dick Cheney,
Robert Gates,
John Negroponte,
Oliver North,
Michael Leedeen and the whole Iran-Contra crew.
What would we do without Instahackery’s comic relief?

Great Post,
Love the comic book/manga pic.
Quite refreshing in the Blogosphere.
I think Ledeen left some yellowcake crumbs on his coat sleeve. It’s scary how the same cast of characters from the 1980s is running the government today. Perfesser Corncob needs a history lesson.
Fred, Fred, Fred,
Once again on my blog you used liberal obfuscatory shills to make your point.
Here, read this, then you’ll know the truth. This article cites the members of the media receiving calls and e-mails FROM MEMBERS OF THE AIR FORCE WHO RECEIVED THE REQUEST!!!
The House Sergeant-at-Arms (being a good “soldier”) took the blame, but in fact, your new Speaker made the request.

Even worse, John “Babbling Idiot” Murtha threatened the military for leaking it. How could they leak something that never happened?
Live with it, learn from it, accept it.
TJ, begone, you guys lost another one and you know it. The fact that the article you reference was pulled says it all.
Agi,
That’s a great video.
You mean this one:
http://www.washingtontimes.com/national/20070208-121345-5680r.htm
…no, it’s still there
BWAHAHAAAA
On my blog you implied it doesn’t matter where you get your information from…really?
Really, TJ. If a “Leftist” blog publishes the date of the Titanic sinking as, 1912,does that not make it so? I believe the phrase goes something like, “Everyone is entitled to his own opinion, but not his own facts.”
…and let me update my comment by saying, after reading the Washington Times story you site, that your position is woefully lacking when it comes to facts:
Those are the facts, untill you can come up with something other than your opinion to refute them, STFU, andstop taking this thread off topic.
Moonie Times lol
Btw, is this the new angle the rightwingnuts are using to try to wrangle support for a US attack on Iran? It seems to be. What would this be, plan C?
Anyway, isn’t what they did pretty much treasonous whether or not we are at war with Iran (which we aren’t, yet)?
From what I understand, they didn’t have Congressional authority to be doing any of the underhanded stuff they did during the Iran-Contra affair. Shouldn’t that have at least been impeachable? And why are these criminals allowed to run our government?
Fred posted the quote:
…the charge that Pelosi requested — or demanded — a specific plane, as GOP lawmakers have claimed, is baseless. To the contrary, House Sergeant at Arms Bill Livingood explained that it was he who requested Pelosi have access to military aircraft capable of flying nonstop between Washington, D.C., and California. Further, the Los Angeles Times reported on February 8 that Pelosi’s press secretary, Brendan Daly, has denied that the speaker “requested a specific plane,†and on the February 8 edition of MSNBC News Live, NBC News congressional correspondent Mike Viqueira reported that “there’s really no evidence that Pelosi specifically asked for … this 757.â€
Fred, is it your naivete or willing blindness that allows you to miss the parsing of words in your own post. Remember when Bill Clinton wondered about the definition of “is”?
Terms like “requested a specific plane,†and “there’s really no evidence that Pelosi specifically asked for … this 757†should set off the alarms. They never said she didn’t ask for a bigger plane, just not “that one” or “a 757″. I already explained the Sgt-at-Arms comment.
Stop saying nothing and prove something. Where is the evidence?
Fred:
It may be time for the administrator to moderate TJ out of the discussion. He seems impervious to the facts, and unable to discuss the actual topic.
Yes, by all means, silence all dissenting views. Enjoy the Groupthink.
How very typically liberal of you to suggest it.
Still no evidence, Tj?
Aha! There’s the ‘ol liberal KOOL AID!
