Yeah, there’s a lot wrong with this picture…

“‘Remaining vital national security interests in Iraq’…would require a continuing deployment of American troops…

“The United States’ security would be undermined if parts of Iraq turned into a failed state…’It is right in the heart of the oil region.’”

It always has to come down to oil, doesn’t it?

She’s trying a little too hard to look like a ballsy commander-in-chief.

While she doesn’t have and hasn’t had my support she has surely made any chance of it nil. We are in a situation where ‘nuance’ is not the game. It is a very simple black and white situation.

    More to stay??
She’s losing her grip and her committment.

Thanks for the link. I was looking for this earlier. The Blue Dog group will be exposed and AG will be sending letters.

I’ve already sent Arcuri an e-mail, called his local and Washington offices. These Blue Dogs can’t hold there breath for ever. They will have to listen to reason or face primary challenges.

Thanks for hooking up the links, Frederick. You already know how I feel about this.

And Hil’s pretzel-angulating on Iraq doesn’t surprise me one bit, either. She’s “establishing moderate credentials,” if I’m not mistaken, and she’ll continue to do nothing but that through 2008 and, if elected, beyond. Seeking a center that doesn’t exist such that they end up representing nobody is the Clinton way.

Oh, for a time when representatives were too busy representing to be able to “establish moderate credentials”…

“…a reduced military force there to fight Al Qaeda, deter Iranian aggression, protect the Kurds and possibly support the Iraqi military”.

Well, someone has got to staff those permanent bases we’re building.

It shouldn’t surprise you about Hillary. She is an Eisenhower Republican at best.

  9. Posted 15 Mar ’07 at 15:51 | Permalink

Why are people still surprised that Hillary wears red undies??

Hillary gives me the creeps. She is alien to all that America hopes for and has been fighting to achieve – a path to peace and that never, ever involves war. Hillary the war monger and war profiteer.

Fred you really should get Audacity.

Hahaha… you liberals are so confused. You were FOR Hillary, before you were AGAINST her.

Here is a CLUE for you retards. Believe me, you all need one.

The Democrats you all so ‘believe’ in, actually KNEW that we would build PERMANENT BASES in Iraq and staff them FULL TIME.

Duh. Yes, it’s true. Now Hillary is informing you unknowing liberals of the plan.

Fred, why don’t you grow a testicle and NOT delete this. Your ‘people’ need to learn something sometime instead of just yak yak.

Time for the DLC non-progressive Blue Dog “conservative Democrats” (oxymoron) to hit the road and join the Rethug party where they belong.

My, my…a troll…now I feel dirty. It’s a terrible thing to be disappointed by someone that is supposed to be on your side. We’ll just have to keep looking for the one that has that shinning halo around their head and looks innocent. Heh!

Megabrad- In with the New, out with the old. Hil’s bad, some of us have known that for a while. So what’s your point? Well, I know what your point is – to mock Democrats. But if you mock Dems for that, you are mocking Repubs for it too, who have lied repeatedly to the American Public. Are you seriously trying to say that the Dems who want us out of Iraq now colluded with the corrupt Repubs on building permanent bases? Please- the Repub party has been doing their dirty work in secret, keeping Democrats from every important issue that they could, holding meetings in basements, locking Rangel out of a room one time. Americans can now see just what a bag of weasels the Repub party is. Clinton’s far too friendly with the Bush family nowadays. Clinton’s just another politician. Edwards has the balls to do what’s right. He’s not some incumbent dinosaur drenched in his own vision of self worth. He can and WILL stop perm bases from being put in Iraq. But Progressives, liberals, Moderates, Blue collar, everyone but the radical right needs to understand that we need to push Clinton out of this. She is a Lieberman Democrat and doesn’t belong in this party.

    Faze,

You say “Edwards has the balls to do what’s right.”

    Hahahahahaha! You’re a tool. A total tool.

Here are TWO clues for you…..

John Edwards WILL DO NOTHING regarding permanent bases in Iraq.
George Bush WILL NOT bomb Iran.

looks like she’s trying to cover all of her bases – keep her liberal supporters there and trying to provide a place for the republicans to bail that aren’t down with the current administration. smart and stupid at the same time. meet the new boss, same as the old boss.
