The ’strong possibility’ link does not seem to be working. But I think it is more than a possibility that gas prices will go to $4. Here in Los Angeles, there is nothing under $3.15 for regular! Meanwhile, we pour billions and billions and billions into Iraq, ignore our own crumbling infrastructure, and our leaders gouge out our hearts and eyes. But I bet most Americans do know who got booted from American Idol.
I never saw “Zoolander” but that clip is a wonderful analogy.
By the time we get a grip on our energy policy it will be too late. We had adequate warning. We have the means to change course. Our biggest obstacle is our sense of entitlement…our way of life is the pinnacle of civilization and thus we are entitled to ALL of the world’s
oil supply as we spread freedom and democracy and the consumer way of life.
The sad thing about our energy policy or lack of it, is that there is no doubt in my mind that we have the resources and technology to develop alternative energies. Obviously oil is more profitable.

Great film analogy. You think the Prez has the “Blue Steel” look in his arsenal?

We are so screwed.
Ouch…Can you say quagmire? Blind idiocy? Reminds me of GW and company and our love of oil for sure…Wake me up before we all go go…
Here ya go:
I’m sure Rove has the soundtrack.
Great clip! I don’t know whether to laugh or cry.
Last week I was in Austin & was shocked at gas prices there…85 cents cheaper than I’m paying here in San Diego!!!!!
Gas is almost $3 a gallon here.
Did you see Exxon’s quarterly profits? It’ll make you choke.

For me to believe it, it would have to be at least……. three times that size.
I never saw “Zoolander†but that clip is a wonderful analogy.
Don’t bother. Terrible film, but gas is headed for $4.00/gallon. Count on it.
