Was just looking at those same pages not more than three days ago.
We got a quote from a friend of the SigOt’s who has a business doing solar installs…after rebates and tax credits it was going to cost us $22K. So when we refinanced we pulled out enough money to cover the project…had some reservations with the housing collapse (we’ve lost significant paper equity over the course of the year, but who hasn’t…) and checked with our real estate agent about how much this might return when we sell, etc. So the project is in limbo for now. I really, really want to do it, but the reality of our situation out here may not make it a wise investment for us.
