Maybe I’m just missing something here…but since when is increased hostility and urban warfare a “positive momentâ€?!?

And then they got annoyed for being attacked and blew up one of two major oil pipelines that move crude oil to the port of Basra, so the price of oil will spike again.
I was wondering what that feeling was.
